Scheduler

Many construction projects are extremely large and complex. It is the Scheduler's job to formulate schedules and working plans to meet daily deadlines. Marking daily and/or weekly progress is extremely important to meeting overall project completion dates.

This position requires strong knowledge of construction processes and the ability to organize work resources creatively to establish effective, realistic schedules.

The flexibility of a scheduler to constantly re-evaluate work plans is key. Unforeseen supply shortages, weather delays and other factors demand that a scheduler think quickly on his feet to surmount obstacles and avoid costly delays. The scheduler works closely with all members of the Project Management Team in the front office and in the field.
