Project Manager

As the title suggests, the project manager manages and controls the total scope of construction services as defined in the project contract documents. To do so, the project manager establishes and maintains effective professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. The position also entails developing and training assigned personnel, as well as compiling and ensuring compliance with project-specific procedures and reporting.
